Tim Doscher, President

Tim Doscher, a 12-year veteran of the IT industry, founded Computer Support of San Diego in 2006 after identifying a need for enterprise quality infrastructure and support for small businesses. Through his unique combination of visionary and technical skills, Doscher has transformed Computer Support of San Diego into a regional leader of IT Managed services and Outsourced IT.

Doscher has previously worked with such customers as Nokia, Capital One, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Consulting Services, United States Marine Corps, Experian and Fidelity Financial.  Doscher has successfully guided the organization to become a recognized “fast growth” company through rapid expansion and profitability. Doscher is currently active in supporting several charities throughout the United States.

Jimmy Hernandez, Vice President

Jimmy Hernandez brings over 10 years of experience to Computer Support of San Diego. As VP of Operations, Hernandez is responsible for Computer Support of San Diego’s service delivery including the development and management of Computer Support of San Diego’s Centralized Data Center that provides 24x7 support and meets service level objectives of 99.995% network availability.

Hernandez is a proven technologist with experience developing, designing and managing operations management systems. Prior to Computer Support of San Diego, Hernandez held positions as program and project management lead on multi-million dollar, international projects for Computer Sciences Corporate and the United States Marine Corps.
